4 days....

since my last blog...
Still have Galias show in my head. Shes playing again in a few days & i would love to be able to go in & see her again but josh will be away. we shall see.
wonder if i can add video to this blog. i probably can but i havent figured it out yet.
in time....
business stuff is coming together nicely. fabric materials have been ordered & im currently waiting to get them so i can start building inventory again.
im pretty excited.
the Whoo Hill Fest is in July. i need enough stock for at least 3 days......time to get working.

i got to meet galia & she was as amazing in person as i imagined she would be. what a voice!
i reallt cant understand how she hasn't been scooped up by any of the top record labels.
who do i know out there that can help?
im sure theres someone....i have to sit on this one for a bit.
plus....im gonna start making some calls about trying to get her a few shows in asbury...lanes maybe?
lots to think about...lots to do....

plus....on the business front we have a website. not only do we have a website, but said website has actually been updated. yay me!
i have a 3 day festival i'll be selling at in july...time to work work work. gotta get the stock up.

when i dream...

this is where i go.....

i stand on this beach & dream.......until i actually fall asleep....but by that point i'm already there.
this may not be the most gorgeous beach in hawaii but its gorgeous enough to me. this beach was almost empty of people when i was there & at night when i dream i'm alone on this beach.

this is the view if you look to your left while facing the water (of course you would not be looking at the back of my husband's head). the top picture is the view if you look to your right. underneath this is the view straight on looking at the water....

that is lava rock that lines the shore....it's rough rock that could slice a toe off if you step wrong. it only lines part of the shore though. the water is accessible.
behind you is the mountains. i took video of it but ive only started blogging so im not exactly sure ho to add it to this....or if i even can. i will include a picture of what it looks like but you can not...CAN NOT...get it unless you're actually there seeing it in person.

to my left, right, in front & behind me was all beauty. beauty you cannot even begin to grasp unless you have been there in person to see it.

a new day...a new direction

havent blogged in a few days but i felt a need to write so here i am....doing what writing has become....typing.

im thinking of branching out ith the flowers. i need to get a website together & get a tax i.d.
i also need to start banging out the clips at light speed & get them to people who can be photographed wearing them. maybe even get a photog to take me on as a side project. they can take a bunch of the clips with them to shoots & such......
i saw some other flower clip creators & they have websites & such all ready to go so i'm already starting a step behind in the game. but im good. & im fast. i have no fear that i cant catch, & eventually pass most of them...if i can just get the word out to the right people.
on a side note.....i did not get the birds added to the tattoo. being pressed for time, we decided to go forward with the color on the shield. chris added blue & yellow & it looks amazing. i'll throw in a pic of the tat as it looks now although there is a rash from the shaving still covering my back. i'll post another  next week when the rash clears.
i'll try to post some pics of the new line of clips too....totally different.
